Returns and Refunds

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Return Policy is applicable to Buyers who have purchased Products through the Website, https://ygtestore.com/

2. RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCESS

2.1 You may request to return any Products you have purchased within 7 business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons :
i. the Product received is not what you have ordered
ii. the product received does not correspond with its description on
 the Website on the date of purchase
iii. the Product received is expired.

2.2 You may only return Products that are :
(a) unconsumed, unused, undamaged and unwashed;
(b) in their original packaging;
(c) unopened and unmarked; and
(d) returned as a whole, not broken into parts.

2.3 To proceed with your return request, you must notify YGT Group by email at ygtgroupsb@gmail.com  within seven (7) business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address.

Upon receipt of your return request, YGT Group will review your return request and at YGT Group’s sole discretion, decide to :
(a) replace the Product with a new item;
(b) give you a full refund for the Product;
(c) credit your account with the value of the Product; or
(d) inform you that your Product is not eligible for return.

2.4 YGT Group will confirm your request for a return through email and upon receiving such confirmation, you may return the Product by dropping it off at YGT Group Sdn Bhd

2.5 You agree to arrange for and pay the costs of returning any Products to YGT Group, be it by post or otherwise. YGT Group reserves the right to deduct the cost of providing any collection service from the refund amount.

2.6 YGT Group must receive and approve your return request before your return can be processed.

4. NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
   4.1 YGT Group reserves the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange, and retains the discretion not to provide a reason for YGT Group’s decision.

4.2 YGT Group reserves the right to decline the return request, for any of the following reasons:

(a) The Product(s) is not returned in satisfactory condition in its original packaging; or

(b) The Product(s) has been opened, used or otherwise tampered with to the extent that it is no longer in a saleable condition.

Guarantee and Complaints Management

1. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable skills and care.
2. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. places great value on our customer satisfaction. You may contact us at any time using the contact details given. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. will attempt to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you upon receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint.

   In the event of a complaint, kindly describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and where applicable, send us copies of the Order or at least the order number that YGT Group Sdn Bhd. assigned you in the Confirmation of Order.
4. If you did not receive any response from us within 5 working days, please make further enquiries. In rare cases, your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or failed to reach us, or correspondence that we sent you may otherwise have not reached you.

Availability of the Website, Security and Accuracy

1. Whilst YGT Group Sdn Bhd. endeavours to make the Website available 24 hours a day, we cannot be liable, if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable for any time or for any period. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. makes no warranty that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. In addition, YGT Group Sdn Bhd. may occasionally need to carry out repairs, maintenance or introduce new facilities and functions.
2. Access to the Website may be suspended or withdrawn to or from you personally or all users temporarily or permanently at any time and without notice. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. may also impose restrictions on the length and manner of usage of any part of the Website for any reason.
