Shipping & Delivery

1. All shipping cost will be clearly indicated upon check out.
2. After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
   Within 5-7 working days for Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
3. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. aims to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
4. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. aims to deliver within 7 working days from order made.
5. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. order cut off time shall be 11.00AM daily. Any order made after 11.00AM shall be processed on the following working day. Should the order fall on Friday, the next working day shall be on Monday.
6. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. always aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any Order, which YGT Group Sdn Bhd. accepts but cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
7. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. shall aim to let you know if YGT Group Sdn Bhd. is unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, YGT Group Sdn Bhd. shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
8. Please note that YGT Group Sdn Bhd. only deliver orders within states in Peninsular Malaysia, excluding Sabah & Sarawak.
9. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. delivers in our standard packaging which provide the necessary protection to protect the order, any special packaging is not applicable.
10. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. shall ensure the order is in good and presentable condition before the Product is being shipped out.
11. You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements.

Cancellation

1. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. may cancel an order if the Product is not available for certain agreeable reason between customer and YGT Group Sdn Bhd.
2. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. shall notify the case and return any payment that has made, as agreed and acknowledge by YGT Group Sdn Bhd.
3. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. shall refund the money received, but it may not be via the same method as it was made via the payment gateway.
4. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. shall not accept any cancellation of order for any possible reason, except for cases as mentioned in (Cancellation 1.)

Faulty Products

1. YGT Group Sdn Bhd. warrants that:
   a) the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
   b) the Product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
